Yuma Test Center test officer and rigger inducted to US Army Rigger Hall of Fame Image 1 of 4- Thomas Hall a test officer and test paratrooper at Yuma Test Center was inducted into the U.S. Army Rigger Hall of Fame on Feb. 26, 2024. Hall, his wife of more than 25 years Diann, and their two daughters who are also parachute riggers, one at YPG, traveled to Fort Gregg-Adams, Va. for the ceremony.
