Six million Brits could have to retake their driving test as campaigners call for a change in the law after death crash- Retired doctor Dr Turner Waddell, 89, took a wrong turn on the A30 between Hook and Basingstoke in Hampshire in 2011, and ended up travelling south on the northbound carriageway.
