Revamped Bullard Hall Signals a New Era in NPS Modernization for Enhanced Education and Innovation Image 3 of 5- NPS acting Provost Dr. Jim Newman joined faculty and students in the new Space Operations Center (SOC) located inside the fully renovated Bullard Hall at Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) that was rededicated at a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 5, 2025. Included in the picture is NPS retired distinguished professor emeritus Dr. Rudy Panholzer, the first director of the Space Systems Academic Group (SSAG). The SOC allows for real-time monitoring of NPS CubeSats designed and built by SSAG research teams.
