Panama City Boat Parade of Lights returns Image 6 of 9- A Missile Retriever boat assigned to the 82nd Aerial Targets Squadron docks at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, Dec. 9, 2023. The 37th Annual Panama City Boat Parade of Lights began at the St. Andrews Yacht Club and moved westward before ending at the Hathaway Bridge. Vessels passed by thousands of onlookers, including three judges of the event. Boats were judged by four criteria: lights, originality, workmanship and entertainment value, each worth 25 points.
