Los Angeles County Minimum Wage Set to Increase What Workers and Business Owners Need to Know- Los Angeles County has announced an increase in the minimum wage for workers in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County. As of July 1, 2024, the minimum wage has increased from $16.90 per hour to $17.27 per hour. This new rate will apply to employees who perform at least two hours of work per week at any business or nonprofit in unincorporated LA County.
