Letters to the editor Gebhardt is steeped in the policy Boulder should simulate Iris lane reduction asking more wonderful questions- Kathy Gebhardt is steeped in the policy and legal issues facing Colorado; she’s an accomplished leader gained from years as a member and president of the BVSD School Board and Colorado Association of School Boards; she’s the founder of “Children’s Voices,” a non-profit law firm that advocates for children, especially children in low-income communities; and she teaches Education Law at CU and DU law schools. She’s spent the majority of her career engaged in advocacy for public education.
