E-130J Leadership Summit Image 2 of 2- Leadership from the U.S. Navy’s Airborne Strategic Command, Control and Communications Program Office (PMA-271) and Northrop Grumman Corp. during a visit to Northrop Grumman facilities in Melbourne, Florida, following the Navy’s award of the E-130J contract. Under the contract, Northrop Grumman will serve as the prime contractor to integrate Take Charge and Move Out (TACAMO) mission systems, including the Collins Aerospace Very Low Frequency system, into government-furnished C-130J-30 air vehicles built by Lockheed Martin Corp.
