Cultural Fair being held in Northbrook on Feb 25- The Village of Northbrook’s Community Commission is holding a Cultural  Fair on Feb. 25 in partnership with the North Suburban YMCA. According to a news release, the fair features live entertainment, food samples, crafts, and displays representing the diverse heritage of residents. The event runs from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Y,  2705 Techny Road, Northbrook, and is free.
