Chief Balas retires inspires four generations of Airmen- Chief Master Sgt. Frederick Balas, the senior enlisted leader with the 157th Communications Squadron, accepts an American flag during his retirement ceremony April 19, 2024 at Pease Air National Guard Base, New Hampshire.
