Capitola Wharf slated for August reopening- The proposed interim uses are meant to ensure public entertainment and other offerings are available in conjunction with the wharf’s grand reopening in August. Meanwhile, long-term uses, which may require a separate permitting process, additional public engagement and more funding among other things, will continue to be assessed.
