Letters to the editor Airport is a place for Boulders youth to learn Joseph is an experienced effective legislator- Instead of tearing down the airport, we should invest in its programs. By supporting airport research facilities, Boulder can become an epicenter of sustainable aerospace innovation. We should expand the airport as a tool for youth programs, innovation, job development and incorporate it into BVSD vocation education to provide valuable career paths for Boulder residents to reduce inequity. Increased aviation is inevitable and Boulder should lead on the path toward unleaded fuels and environmentally sustainable aircraft.
