Marbil is new PNP Chief- PRESIDENT FERDINAND MarcosJr. has named Major General Rommel Francisco Marbil as the new Chief ofthe Philippine National Police (PNP), replacing Police General Benjamin AcordaJr. who ended his term with his retirement on March 31.The 55-year old Marbil is amember of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Class 1991.
