Navy DSG RADM Freedman pays official visit to NMOTC Image 15 of 21- Rear Adm. Rick Freedman, Navy Deputy Surgeon General and Deputy Chief, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, arrives at Naval Aerospace Medical Institute’s (NAMI) Hyperbarics Department as part of an official visit, Feb. 7.
