Gift of life on display at Donate Life event at City Hall- LOWELL — Anthony Milisci’s liver began to fail in his senior year at Greater Lowell Technical High School. Thanks to a liver donor, Milisci said he has the “gift of life.” He spoke during the first-ever Donate Life event organized by New England Donor Services at Lowell City Hall, to advocate and educate people on the lifesaving opportunities of organ and tissue donation.
