Opinion Hall quick to build more homes but not necessary infrastructure- Richard Perry recently wrote an opinion piece admonishing local governments for allowing developers to build greater numbers of apartments, family homes, and condominiums throughout Hall County. This is in addition to the convenience stores, gas stations, car washes, restaurants and other businesses popping up all over the county.
